Overview:
A Runner's primary goal is to support our entire team with administrative tasks.
Reporting Relationship:
Runners perform their duties under the direction of the entire team, particularly working with the paralegals, legal assistants, and receptionists.
Employment relationship with the Firm is managed by the Owners.
Tasks:
Assisting reception, legal assistants, and paralegals with filing and scanning.
Creating physical files.
Assisting with the file close-out process.
Basic office upkeep such as waste disposal, dishwashing, restocking, etc.
Keeping record of office supply inventory and notifying reception when new items need to be ordered.
Completing errands in reliable transportation such as:
lunch pickup, delivering subpoenas, or other errands for the legal team as needed.
Other tasks as needed by the legal team.
