Develops and maintains the strategic vision and roadmap for all end user software, hardware, patches, and interoperability across all platforms including E-mail, files transfer, multimedia, teleconferencing and the like.
Applies extensive knowledge of business drivers, technology strategy and end user and mobility architecture goals to develop and deliver clear, comprehensive data, technical and product architectures.
Provide subject matter expertise for workspace and end-user technologies to continually improve the operational support model, hardware and software lifecycles, and design standards that align with technology trends.
Responsible for managing global strategy for autopilot and efficient end user device distribution.
Responsible for proposing, updating, and managing end user impacting security policies.
Support unified MDM solutions and practices across retail, distribution, and end user mobile devices.
Assist in the global adoption of Microsoft E5 product suite.
Serve as L3 escalation point for end user troubleshooting.
